This directory contains a bunch of miscellaneous files that I have placed
online for downloading over the years.  The files are under various licenses
and more information is available in the subdirectories or archives
themselves. There may or may not be anything useful here.

A quick index to the contents:

files/
	Csound/
		The first alpha release of Csound 5 for MacOS 9.  You should
		just get the most recent release from csound.sourceforge.net
		instead.
		
	CsoundFront/
		Some pre-release versions of CsoundFront, the MacOS 9 GUI front
		end for Csound.
		
	hydraj/
		hYdraJ is a Java application written by Malte Steiner for
		editing hetro analysis files created by Csound.  I had no part
		in creating these files but I am offering them here since the
		original download disappeared.
		
	NNChanter/
		NNChanter is a Lisp application for "recomposing" plainchant
		melodies using neural networks.  I wrote it as a school project
		and although the code is correct, the concept does not seem to
		work as implemented.  Released under the "modified BSD" license.
		
	samples/
		Some audio samples that I thought might make interesting source
		materials for other composers.
